ABCD Trust was born from one simple belief — that every person, rich or poor, city or village, deserves quality healthcare.
Founded by a compassionate philanthropist and her circle, we are building a grassroots health movement across West Bengal.
What began as informal health camps in the villages surrounding Barddhaman town has grown into a structured, multi-program healthcare trust — with a clear mission, a growing team of dedicated volunteers and doctors, and a roadmap that reaches far beyond this district.
Our founders brought together compassion, resources, and community networks to create something that feels both personal and powerful. Every decision we make — from which village to visit next, to how we spend each donated rupee — is guided by the people we serve .
We are registered under Indian trust law, eligible for 80G tax exemption, and committed to complete financial transparency. But more than documents and numbers, we are a family of people who believe that healthcare is an act of love.
Our Vision
ABCD Trust is building toward a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem — from village camps today to hospitals and research units tomorrow.
Our Core Mission
To improve population health, ensure access to quality care, provide financial protection against healthcare costs for vulnerable & marginalised communities in West Bengal & across India.

What Drives Us
6 Pillars We Stand On
ABCD Trust was born from one simple belief — that every person, rich or poor, city or village, deserves quality healthcare.
Founded by a compassionate philanthropist and her circle, we are building a grassroots health movement across West Bengal.

Strengthen Healthcare Systems
Work with governments and communities to develop innovative, evidence-based, and sustainable public health programs at the grassroots level.

Address the Disease Burden
Target communicable and non-communicable diseases — from tuberculosis and malaria to diabetes and hypertension — with prevention and early detection.

Maternal, Child & Mental Health
Prioritise mothers, children, and people with mental health challenges — the populations most underserved in rural settings across West Bengal.

Health Education & Literacy
Promote health awareness to encourage healthy habits and improve health literacy within communities — in Bengali, Hindi, and local dialects.

Financial Protection
Ensure no family faces catastrophic healthcare costs. Connect people with government insurance schemes, subsidies, and free treatment pathways.

Research & Innovation
Build evidence-based programs grounded in local health data — and share what works with other organisations, institutions, and governments across India.
